GMCCA brings residents, organisations, and local leaders across Greater Manchester together — to spot problems, share ideas, and drive real change in our communities.
The Greater Manchester Community Care Association is a collective of residents, community groups, care workers, and local organisations who believe the best solutions to local problems come from the people living them.
We meet regularly across Greater Manchester to discuss what's happening in our communities — from housing and healthcare to transport and social isolation — then work together to raise awareness and push for real change.
No politics. No hidden agenda. Just real people working together for a better Greater Manchester.
Based in Shaw and Royton, we support individuals and families across Greater Manchester with compassionate care and community services.
Open meetings across Greater Manchester where anyone can attend, speak up, and hear what's happening in their area.
We gather community intelligence to pinpoint the most pressing challenges — gaps in care, isolation, infrastructure, and more.
We take what you raise and advocate with councils, the NHS, and other bodies to push for real policy improvements.
Connecting residents to the right services and ensuring nobody in our community is left without help when they need it.
Working alongside charities, local businesses, and statutory services to join up the support network across the region.
We share our findings and progress openly so the community can see what's being done and hold everyone accountable.
These are the topics our community has said matter most right now.
Our meetings are open to absolutely everyone. Come along, have your say, and hear what's happening. No experience needed.
